Pursuant to W. Va. Code § 5-30-2, please find below rosters of the Medical Doctors (MDs), Podiatric Physicians (DPMs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who hold an active status license, permit or registration issued by the Board of Medicine. The spreadsheet will contain multiple tabs if there is more than one credential type for the profession.
Rosters are updated monthly. The rosters below were published on November 15, 2024, and the information is current as of that date.
You may obtain additional publicly available information for credential holders by accessing the Look Up a Doctor or PA section of the Board’s website.
