Interstate Telehealth Registrations Issued - MDs

To practice in West Virginia all physician assistants must hold an active status license or registration issued by the Board and an activated Practice Notification.  Physician assistants who hold an interstate telehealth registration are listed on sheet one of the PA spreadsheet.  Physician assistants who also have an active Practice Notification on file are listed on sheet two of the PA spreadsheet.
